Union State Bank welcomed customers, friends, and community members to its newly renovated Digital Banking Center in Arkansas City on July 24 for a Customer Appreciation Day celebration that highlighted both gratitude and innovation.
Held at the bank's Mid-Town location at 700 N. Summit, the event gave attendees an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary lunch grilled by Ark City’s Market President Zack Stoy, while connecting with several other Union State Bank employees. Guests also received promotional giveaways and had the chance to experience the location's new deposit taking ATM technology firsthand. As part of the celebration, customers who made a deposit using one of the new ATMs during the event received $5, adding an extra reason to explore one of the Digital Banking Center's newest conveniences.
For Stoy, the event represented much more than a celebration, it reflected the bank's ongoing commitment to serving customers in new and meaningful ways.
"We were excited to celebrate our customers while introducing them to our newly transformed Mid-Town Digital Banking Center," Stoy said. "It was a great opportunity to thank them for their continued loyalty and show how we're investing in technology to better serve their banking needs."
The newly renovated Digital Banking Center is designed to provide customers with greater flexibility while maintaining the hometown service Union State Bank has delivered for generations. The addition of deposit-taking ATMs allows customers to securely deposit cash and checks beyond traditional banking hours, giving them more control over when and how they manage their finances.
"Whether they're depositing cash or checks, customers can complete their transactions quickly and securely whenever it's most convenient for them," Stoy said. “These ATMs allow us to continue providing exceptional service while expanding access to modern banking technology."
The celebration also provided an opportunity for employees to thank customers face-to-face for the trust and loyalty they have shown Union State Bank over the years.
