American Bank Systems (ABS) Data Breach
American Bank Systems (“ABS”) provides electronic loan administration software to its bank partners, including Midland National Bank, now known as Union State Bank. On January 21, 2021 ABS notified potentially impacted customers of an incident that may affect the privacy of some customers' personal or business information. If a customer did not receive a letter from ABS their information is not believed to have been impacted by this data breach.
